The tour is self-guided, and you can come any time between 8am and 8pm. The Battleship is a great historic site, and I had a great time.

Battleship North Carolina-Wilmington, New Hanover
The first place I visited on my statewide road trip was the Battleship North Carolina in Wilmington, North Carolina. The Battleship is from World War two, and has a self guided tour. On the tour, you can go into the gun turrets; you can see the quarters and the engine room; and you can see the movie theater, the barber shop, and the ice cream parlor(In a battleship! Who knew...)
