Museum of Life and Science, Durham, Durham county

The Museum of Life and Science (visited many times by the pre-k classes of North Chatham) is located in Durham, North Carolina, and offers many programs for children. (Adults too, Daddy loved it). Prices are as follows:

Adults:

While in the museum, you can visit the farmyard, with has sheep, goats, rabbits, a pig, a steer, turkeys, chickens, and a donkey. If the farm scene just isn’t your thing, you can go to the butterfly garden (Mom’s favorite), or make a 13 foot tall tornado! (That was always cool).
